Brad is the co-chair of Kaufman & Canoles Corporate and Public Finance Group. Brads practice centers upon securities regulation and corporate finance. In recent years, Brad has developed a specialized securities regulation practice focused upon small to mid-cap companies located throughout the United States and Asia. Brad has recently completed several initial public offerings for companies with business lines ranging from shipping to software development.
