Matt is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group of the firm's Richmond Office. Matt’s practice focuses on construction, insurance, financial services, franchise, title insurance, real estate and other types of commercial litigation. He regularly represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, as well as in arbitration. Matt also regularly represents financial institutions in regard to consumer credit litigation, including actions filed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ("ECOA").
