Bob has more than 30 years of experience in representing real estate developers in connection with the acquisition, development and financing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and other commercial projects. Although Bob’s practice has emphasized commercial real estate acquisition and financing transactions, he also has represented several of the region’s largest planned unit developments and accordingly is experienced in land development and land use matters. Bob also has served as counsel to numerous banks, life insurance companies and other lending institutions in connection with commercial real estate financing.
