    Ms. Crenshaw’s practice includes commercial real estate services in the areas of zoning, land use, development and transactions, including purchasing and leasing. She has an active practice representing lenders and borrowers in transactional matters and she is Co-Chair of the Infrastructure & Transportation Industry Team. Ann is also Vice Chair of the firm’s Lender Representation Practice Group.

    Mr. Mastracco is a member in the Norfolk office of Kaufman & Canoles. As a business attorney, Vince works with clients as they buy, sell and grow their businesses and enter into new markets. Vince brings 30 years’ experience as bond counsel, underwriters counsel, issuers counsel and borrowers counsel in tax-exempt financing and has been instrumental in assembling many of the most significant commercial developments and public-private partnerships in Hampton Roads.

    Mr. McPhillips is a member of the firm’s Norfolk office. His business law practice includes public-private partnerships; government contractor transactions; international sales and investment transactions; mergers, acquisitions and financings; joint ventures; and corporate/limited liability company law.

    Mr. Van Buren is the Chairman of Kaufman & Canoles. His commercial law practice includes corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital formation, contract negotiation, and health care.
