Kevin A. White Named Member at Kaufman & Canoles
January 2013—Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Kevin A. White has become a member of the firm.
Mr. White is a member of the Corporate & Public Finance Group in the firm's Richmond office. Mr. White’s business law practice involves serving as bond counsel or underwriter’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for government, healthcare, educational and private sector borrowers. He also serves as lender’s or borrower’s counsel in loan, credit facility and liquidity facility transactions, in addition to serving as company counsel in mergers, acquisitions, financings and other commercial transactions. Mr. White also provides advice on corporate governance, contractual and regulatory matters.
Mr. White earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Randolph-Macon College and his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
