Kaufman & Canoles Represents Shore Health Services, Inc. in Issuance of Tax-Exempt Revenue & Refunding Bond

About Corporate & Public Finance

Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., recently served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance by the Industrial Development Authority of Northampton County and Towns of a $5,440,067 tax-exempt revenue and refunding bond for the benefit of Shore Health Services, Inc., an affiliate of Riverside Healthcare System, which operates Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawaddox, Virginia. The transaction closed on May 28, 2010.
