Kaufman & Canoles Represents Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust in Initial Public Offering

Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., is pleased to announce that Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (WHLR), successfully completed the initial public offering of its common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (WHLR), specializing in owning, acquiring, financing, developing, renovating, leasing and managing income producing assets, such as community centers, neighborhood centers, strip centers and free-standing retail properties, priced its initial public offering of 3,016,045 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $5.25 per share.
Wellington Shields & Co., LLC and Capitol Securities Management, Inc. served as joint book-running managers for the offering.
In honor of the occasion, Wheelers Chairman and President, Jon S. Wheeler, rang the Opening Bell at The NASDAQ Stock Market on Monday, November 19th at the NASDAQ MarketSite.
