Chenxi Lu

Biography

Chenxi is an Associate in the Richmond office. She is a member of the Commercial, Business Taxation, and Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Alliances practice groups and the Securities Team. She assists domestic and international companies with their initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, SEC compliance issues, private placements, and other corporate matters. Chenxi advises clients on corporate and tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, general business law, and commercial transactions.
