David is Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Tax Practice Group in the Williamsburg office and is also a member of the Estate, Trust & Wealth Transfer team and the Real Estate Strategies team. He is a trusted tax advisor who helps clients navigate complex financial and legal issues with clarity and confidence. Drawing on his background in estates, gifts, and trusts as well as tax planning for individuals and small businesses, David delivers practical and strategic solutions that align with each client’s goals. Before joining the firm, David practiced with PBMares, where he built a reputation for thoughtful guidance, meticulous analysis, and creative problem solving. He now brings this experience to enhance the firm’s depth and capabilities in business tax matters.
