Joseph L. Stiles
Biography
Joe is Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Strategies and Commercial practice groups where he focuses on commercial real estate transactions and developments. Joe has over 10 years of experience working to help clients formulate strategies and accomplish their goals for their real property. His areas of expertise cover land development strategy and execution, easement agreements, commercial and residential leasing, land acquisitions and dispositions, land use, construction, financing, zoning, conservation, and regulatory and contractual compliance matters. He also helps clients achieve their goals of forming new businesses, restructuring current holdings, and planning and administering asset legacy strategies. Drawing upon his background as in-house counsel, Joe is conscientious and efficient in providing assistance to clients on a broad range of legal matters related to property management and compliance.
