    Lindsey’s practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for large asset portfolios and smaller transactions alike, the analysis and resolution of complex diligence issues leading up to acquisition, disposition and loan closings, the negotiation of portfolio and conduit loan documents for lenders and borrowers, and the negotiation of various types of leases for landlords and tenants. In addition, Lindsey has experience with commercial real estate development.

    • Represented lenders with regard to seller take-back financing
    • Represented borrowers with regard to conduit and portfolio loans
    • Represented landlords with regard to leasing inline suites and pad sites at large retail centers
    • Represented tenants with regard to leasing space in large and small retail centers
    • Represented real estate investment trust with regard to the acquisition of numerous medical office buildings
    • Represented real estate investment trust with regard to the acquisition and disposition of numerous shopping center assets
    • Represented real estate investment companies with regard to the acquisition and disposition of various single-tenant assets
    • Represented cellular communications provider with regard to the negotiation of numerous ground leases
    • Represented real estate sponsors of tenant-in-common syndications with respect to the acquisition of commercial real estate
