    • Served in a primary attorney role on multiple “Tier 3” matters involving charges against firms and/or compliance officers for supervisory failures
    • Engaged in settlement negotiations with potential respondents and firms; currently acting as the primary attorney in settlement negotiations with multiple firms involving potential fines in the range of $500,000 to $5 million for supervisory failures
