Nosuk is of counsel in the Newport News office where she focuses on immigration matters which encompass various aspects of criminal, domestic and civil matters. She has litigated matters before the United States Federal District Court, Immigration Court and the State Circuit Courts, General District Courts and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts, as well as the Virginia Court of Appeals. Nosuk also serves as substitute judge in Hampton Roads General District Courts.
