Randy brings over 25 years of litigation experience to his employment law practice, representing employers of all sizes and industries, as well as local governments and state agencies, in a broad range of workplace and civil rights matters.
Randy has extensive experience handling cases involving federal and state civil rights laws, wage and hour claims, defamation, breach of contract, violations of non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements, and other business-related torts. His practice spans courtroom litigation, arbitration, and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
