Biography

Troy is an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office and a member of the Health Care and Litigation Practice Groups. He represents clients, including health systems, hospitals, practices, long-term care facilities, and individual health care providers, in all aspects of health care litigation matters, including defense of medical malpractice and wrongful death actions as well as disciplinary actions by state licensing board.
