Alfred M. Randolph Jr. Inducted to Virginia Law Foundation Class of 2010
Hampton Roads, VA – January 2010 – Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Alfred M. Randolph Jr. has been inducted into the 2010 Class of Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation. Membership in the Fellows recognizes excellence in the practice of law and public service and is limited to one percent of the active and associate membership of the Virginia State Bar.
Mr. Randolph is a partner in the firm’s Norfolk office. He is the Vice President for Associate Recruitment and Retention and the Co-Chair of the firm’s Lender Representation Group. His practice includes general business law, lender representation, corporate and commercial transactions, and intellectual property law. His civic involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees of Norfolk Academy and serving on the Board Directors of Virginia Beach Vision and Tidewater Scholarship Foundation (ACCESS).
