January 2015 – Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Ann K. Crenshaw has been elected President of the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE).

Mrs. Crenshaw is a member in the Kaufman & Canoles’ Virginia Beach office where she practices commercial real estate services in the areas of zoning, land use, development and transactions, including purchasing and leasing. She has an active practice representing lenders and borrowers in transactional matters and is Co-Chair of the Infrastructure & Transportation Industry Team.

The Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE), a multi-disciplined organization of 600 executives and professionals active in the commercial real estate industry in the Hampton Roads region.
