Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Grant W. Shea and Catrina C. Waltz have joined the firm’s Richmond office. Mr. Shea is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Corporate & Public Finance teams. Ms. Waltz is a member of the firm’s Litigation team.
Mr. Shea received his B.A., magna cum laude, from The College of William & Mary and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law. He also served as Articles Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. Mr. Shea is licensed in Virginia.
Ms. Waltz received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi and her J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary Law School. She also served as Articles Editor for the William & Mary Law Review. Ms. Waltz is licensed in Virginia.
