Mr. Davis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaufman & Canoles, as well as Co-Chair of the Health Care Practice Group. His healthcare litigation and counseling practice includes representing and advising hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers. He also handles trust and estate litigation matters as part of the Estate, Trust & Wealth Transfer Practice Group. In addition, Mr. Davis serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
Ms. Crenshaw’s practice includes commercial real estate services in the areas of zoning, land use, development and transactions, including purchasing and leasing. She also represents lenders and borrowers in transactional matters and is Vice Chair of the firm’s Lender Representation Practice Group.
Mr. Mastracco works with clients as they buy, sell, and grow their businesses and enter into new markets. He brings over 40+ years of experience as bond counsel, underwriters counsel, issuers counsel, and borrowers counsel in tax-exempt financing and has been instrumental in assembling many of the most significant commercial developments and public-private partnerships in Hampton Roads.
Mr. Van Buren is the Chairman of Kaufman & Canoles. His commercial law practice includes corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital formation, contract negotiation, and health care. His extensive mergers and acquisitions experience involves the full range of M&A transactions including public company mergers, private company acquisitions and dispositions, and strategic investments. In his health care practice, Mr. Van Buren brings together physicians and other health care providers, enabling them to compete in a constantly evolving industry.
