Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jing Chen has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Richmond office. Ms. Chen will be a member of the firm’s Commercial and Corporate & Public Finance practice groups.

Ms. Chen received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, her LL.M. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and her LL.B. from the Sichuan University School of Law in China.
