    William M. Palmer Joins Kaufman & Canoles

    Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that William M. Palmer has joined the firm as an Associate in the Norfolk office. Mr. Palmer will be a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.

    Mr. Palmer previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lawrence R. Leonard of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Honorable Judge Michelle J. Atkins,  and Judge David W. Lannetti of the Norfolk Circuit Court.  He was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Glen A. Huff of the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Honorable Lawrence R. Leonard. Mr. Palmer received his B.A. from Christopher Newport University and his J.D. from the Regent University School of Law. He also served as a staff member to the Moot Court Board and Editor-in-Chief of the Regent University Law Review. Mr. Palmer is licensed in Virginia.
