Morgan Lambert helps individuals and families preserve, protect, and transfer wealth through thoughtful estate and tax planning. She provides strategic guidance that balances family dynamics, business succession, and long-term financial goals to create customized, efficient estate plans.
Morgan is an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office, where her practice focuses on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, fiduciary and transfer taxation, and estate and trust administration. She designs and implements comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, drafting a range of estate planning instruments including irrevocable and revocable trusts. Morgan also collaborates closely with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure cohesive legal and tax strategies.
In addition to her planning work, Morgan assists fiduciaries in the probate and administration of trusts and estates and prepares fiduciary income tax returns. Her estate litigation experience includes representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in state court matters involving the modification, reformation, termination, and approval of estate planning instruments.
