Alexander W. Powell Jr.
Biography
Alex is a Member in the firm’s Williamsburg office where his practice focuses on estate planning and administration, tax, and real estate. He is part of the firm’s Credit Union Industries Team and works with credit unions on regulatory issues. He is also on the Securities Team, where he assists domestic and international companies with their initial public offerings, SEC compliance issues, private equity, securities offerings and regulation, and other corporate matters.
