Benjamin A. Wills
Biography
Ben is an associate in the firm’s Richmond office where he is a member of the Corporate and Public Finance Practice Group and the Consumer Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on public finance, transportation and local government matters, including traditional governmental finance, securities, state and local government law and public/private partnerships. In addition, Ben also has experience in litigation and regulatory compliance issues related to real estate finance; mortgage banking; federal consumer protection statutes; state lending, savings, and consumer protection laws; as well as various other consumer finance issues.
