Savannah L. Kimble
Biography
Savannah is an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office and a member of the Commercial, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy and Security, Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Alliances, and Franchising practice groups.
In her data privacy and security practice, Savannah has assisted multiple clients in navigating the complex and varied laws surrounding notification obligations after data incidents. She also regularly advises clients regarding contractual compliance with various regulatory data regimes.
Savannah has experience in researching and analyzing various intellectual property-related issues, such as trademark likelihood of confusion analysis and copyright fair use analysis, advising multiple intellectual property clients. For the past two years, she has remained up to date with developments in intellectual property law by co-presenting “Recent Developments in Intellectual Property” with Stephen E. Noona at the Virginia Law Foundation’s Annual Recent Developments CLE series.
