Will Palmer is an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office and a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment practice group and the Sports & Entertainment industry team. His employment practice includes employer counseling, contract and policy drafting, and litigation. Will also the serves clients in the sports and entertainment industries where he is regularly engaged to speak and advise on the latest developments in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) legislation, compliance with NCAA regulations, and contract review and negotiations.

Will represents employers of all sizes across various industries. He offers “full service” labor and employment representation including policy and contract drafting, counseling and advising on how to best minimize risk and avoid litigation, and when the need arises, representation in litigation matters. He also applies his litigation and advising experience to the ever-changing sports and entertainment industries.
