August 2016 – Kaufman & Canoles announced today that its client, Shineco, Inc., recently completed its initial public offering on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
Incorporated in 1997, Shineco is a producer and distributor of health and well-being focused plant-based products in China. Utilizing modern engineering technologies and biotechnologies, Shineco produces, among other products, Chinese herbal medicines, organic agricultural produce and specialized textiles.
