No ACA Relief from the Supreme Court: Are You Fully Prepared for 2015 Implementation?

Webinar
Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Circle Arrow Event Details

Now that the Supreme Court has removed any lingering short-term uncertainty about the fate of the Affordable Care Act it's time to refocus on the reality that implementation (and potential penalty exposure) is proceeding full speed ahead in 2015.

ALL employers of ALL sizes are impacted in some way by the ACA and "large" employers could already be accruing monthly penalties for failure to offer their "full-time" employees affordable, minimum value coverage as early as January 2015.

This complimentary webinar will provide a checklist of the major ACA requirements that you, as an employer, should have already addressed along with a discussion of additional changes expected over the next 2 years.
