While we were all working from home and focusing on the COVID-19 pandemic, the laws of the workplace changed dramatically. Not only were our lives and workplaces turned upside down by COVID-19, but we had a slew of new employment laws passed in Virginia by the General Assembly and a new Presidential administration promises changes at the federal level. For a lot of employers, it has been difficult to keep pace with all the changes because of the demands put on companies by the pandemic. The K&C Defense Industry Team presented a complimentary webinar where we will look at workplace changes and developments—including a peek into our crystal ball now that the Biden administration has taken office—that employers need to be ready for in 2021 and explore some ways to address them.
