Brandan M. Goodwin Joins Kaufman & Canoles

June 2024 - Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Brandan M. Goodwin has joined the firm’s Norfolk office.

Mr. Goodwin is an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office and a member of the Litigation, Real Estate Claims & Title Insurance Solutions, and Intellectual Property practice groups. His practice focuses on representing clients in both federal and state courts on a variety of complex matters including real estate claims, intellectual property litigation, and commercial contracting disputes.  

Prior to joining Kaufman & Canoles, Mr. Goodwin was affiliated with Hanger Law in Virginia Beach. He previously served as a Clerk to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia for the Honorable Henry Coke Morgan, Jr. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from Regent University School of Law.
