The professionals at ESOP Strategies focus on helping business owners determine the feasibility of, and structuring, sales of private companies to employees, primarily through the use of employee stock ownership plans, or ESOPs.
ESOP Strategies is a subsidiary of Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. Led by President Richard C.
