April 2015 - Kaufman & Canoles a commercial business law firm focused on providing guidance to private and public companies seeking access to the U.S. securities markets, announced today that its client, Tantech Holdings Ltd., a bamboo charcoal company, recently completed its initial public offering on the NASDAQ Capital Market. Tantech was established in 2001 and is a leading high-tech enterprise, specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of bamboo charcoal products for industrial energy applications and household cooking, heating, purification, sanitation and agricultural uses.
