Neil Talegaonkar Joins Kaufman & Canoles

May 2019 - Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Neil Talegoankar has joined as Of Counsel in the firm’s expanding Richmond office. Mr. Talegaonkar will be a member of the Labor and Employment team.

Mr. Talegaonkar’s practice is a mixture of counseling, negotiation, and litigation. He advises employers on compliance with federal and state laws and represents employers, executives, physicians, and other professionals on the employment agreement front. He has litigated a variety of employment issues in various state and federal courts, regularly representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Virginia Employment Commission.

Whitt, Chair of Kaufman & Canoles’ Labor & Employment practice group. “He brings significant experience in all areas of employment law and we are delighted to expand the depth of our team in the Richmond market.”
