January 2025 - Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Paul W. Gerhardt has been re-elected to the firm’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Gerhardt is the Managing Director of Kaufman & Canoles’ Richmond office as well as a member of the firm’s Williamsburg office. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Strategies Group and Health Care Group. In addition to representing owners, lenders, and developers in commercial real estate related transactions, as a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and head of its Senior Housing and Care Team, Mr. Gerhardt has extensive experience serving the unique needs of developers and owners and operators of senior housing and long-term care facilities.
The Executive Committee is charged with the management of the firm, including overseeing firm standards for client service, the quality of legal services, professional development, and civic responsibility.
