Overview
For nearly ten years, Adam Pratt has handled civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across Virginia. He routinely advises clients on disputes concerning trusts and estates, contracts, property issues, construction issues, and everything in between.
Adam’s clients include businesses and individuals. He regularly advises homeowners associations, credit unions, property owners, and health care providers on all aspects of litigation matters. He also regularly counsels clients regarding disputes concerning trusts, wills, and estates. When these clients find themselves facing litigation—as plaintiff or defendant—Adam provides a clear path forward, aggressively pursuing the best possible outcome for his clients.
Adam helps his clients get to a resolution of their matter as quickly and efficiently as possible, through aggressive representation and strategic planning. While many cases settle before trial, Adam is no stranger to the courtroom, having tried cases to verdict in courts and arbitration panels all over the Commonwealth. He has helped clients navigate homeowners association disputes, defended estate plans against legal challenge, fought for the rights of beneficiaries in trust matters, and secured substantial recoveries for consumer clients falling victim to abuses by contractors and other service providers.
