Alex Powell advises individuals, businesses, and financial institutions on sophisticated planning, regulatory compliance, and complex transactional matters across a broad range of corporate and financial services.
Alex is a Member in the firm’s Williamsburg office, with a practice that encompasses estate planning and administration, tax, and real estate matters. He is a member of the firm’s Credit Union Industry Team, advising credit unions on a range of regulatory issues, and also serves on the Securities Team, where he counsels domestic and international companies on initial public offerings, SEC compliance, private equity, securities offerings and regulation, and other corporate matters.
