Overview
Alisha leverages her background in business, management, and sales to provide strategic commercial litigation counsel to business owners and leaders throughout Virginia. As a second-career attorney, she brings a unique business perspective to complex commercial disputes, contract matters, and trusts and estates litigation.
Alisha practices in both state and federal court in Virginia, focusing primarily on commercial litigation and the legal issues that those businesses experience. She has handled myriad disputes, centering around contracts, issues with a business ownership interest, or allegations of fraud. She also works with the firm’s Trusts and Estates team, handling litigation matters that may arise in the administration of such estates, protecting the legacy and wishes of the deceased.
