Cassidy Atchison works with employers on a variety of workplace and employment matters, providing practical guidance and strategic support to help clients navigate complex legal challenges.
Cassidy is an Associate in the firm's Norfolk office and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. She assists clients with employment-related issues through legal research, analysis, and effective problem-solving. Prior to joining the firm, Cassidy served as a law clerk where she gained experience in both private practice and the public sector. She conducted legal research, drafted legal memoranda and other legal documents, and supported attorneys on a wide range of matters.

Beyond the Law
A Virginia Beach native and graduate of Cox High School, Cassidy was a standout field hockey player who went on to compete at the NCAA Division I level for Saint Joseph's University. During her collegiate career, she helped lead the Hawks to two Atlantic 10 Conference Championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances. Cassidy served as team captain during both her senior season and graduate year and earned Atlantic 10 Second Team All-Conference honors as a senior before being named an Atlantic 10 First Team All-Conference and All-Academic selection during her fifth year of eligibility. She completed her M.S. in Public Policy while continuing to compete at the highest collegiate level.
