Ed Stolle advises individuals and businesses on estate planning, trust and probate administration, elder law, and business formation and transactions.

Based in Virginia Beach, Ed’s estate planning services include preparing wills, revocable living trusts to avoid probate, durable powers of attorney for disability planning, advance medical directives, and strategies to prevent estate disputes. He also assists clients with probate, estate and trust administration, estate inventories and accounts, ancillary estate administration, real property and administration disputes, and estate and trust litigation. For business clients, Ed provides guidance on entity formation and organization, business planning, purchases and sales, leases, real property transactions, and business contracts.
