Maeve Harris is an Associate in the firm's Norfolk office, where she focuses her practice on real estate transactions and corporate strategic initiatives. She is an active member of the firm's Real Estate Strategies and Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Alliances practice groups.
Maeve works with local businesses and business owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, providing comprehensive legal counsel in real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In her real estate practice, she assists clients with the sale, purchase, lease, and refinancing of commercial and residential real estate properties. In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Maeve represents businesses of all sizes in buying and selling companies, conducting due diligence reviews, and structuring transactions to meet her clients' strategic and financial objectives. She also provides ongoing corporate governance assistance to help businesses maintain compliance and make informed decisions as they grow and evolve.
