Overview

With more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate law, Bob Farmer is a trusted advisor to developers, investors and lenders navigating complex property transactions and large-scale development projects.

Bob has more than 45 years of experience representing real estate developers in the acquisition, development, and financing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and other commercial projects. While his practice emphasizes commercial real estate acquisition and financing transactions, he has also represented several of the region’s largest planned unit developments and is well-versed in land development and land use matters.

In addition, Bob has served as counsel to numerous banks, life insurance companies, and other lending institutions in connection with commercial real estate financing.
