He has also helped establish provider networks, develop physician practice management companies, and guide medical groups through compliance, fraud and abuse, and operational matters. A frequent lecturer on healthcare law topics, Braxton remains actively engaged with emerging trends and legal developments that impact the industry. His leadership includes serving twice as Chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Health Law Section and on the Virginia State Bar’s Health Care Section Board of Governors.
