Over his career, Braxton has represented hundreds of healthcare providers and played a leading role in countless mergers, joint ventures, and practice formations across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region. He has also helped establish provider networks, develop physician practice management companies, and guide medical groups through compliance, fraud and abuse, and operational matters. His deep understanding of both the law and the healthcare business enables him to provide efficient, cost-effective representation that delivers the best possible outcome for his clients.
A frequent lecturer on healthcare law topics, Braxton remains actively engaged with emerging trends and legal developments that impact the industry. His leadership includes serving twice as Chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Health Law Section and on the Virginia State Bar’s Health Care Section Board of Governors.
