Biography
Ray is Managing Director of the Newport News office, where he is a member of the Commercial, Real Estate Strategies, and Government & Municipal Law practice groups. A Peninsula native, he is a second-generation business and real estate lawyer representing municipalities, lenders, and individual clients.
