January 2026 - Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Ziqian (Jenny) Wang has joined the firm’s Richmond office as an Associate.
Ms. Wang is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Public Finance team. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wang worked as a Public Interest Fellow at the World Bank. She received her B.A. and LL.B. from the University of International Business and Economics and her LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
The Corporate and Public Finance team represents issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and bondholders to ensure that start-ups, municipalities, publicly held companies, tax-exempt organizations, and others can access the capital they need to finance projects, operations, growth, and ongoing activities.
