Ziqian (Jenny) Wang is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Public Finance practice group.

Based in the firm’s Richmond office, Jenny works closely with issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings, private placement, secondary offerings, and shelf registrations. She also advises issuers on ongoing reporting responsibilities and other market compliance requirements.
