Conway Sheild is a seasoned real estate attorney with over 50 years of experience in commercial banking, business transactions, and real estate law.

Conway brings more than five decades of legal expertise to every client relationship. He has built a distinguished career in commercial banking, business transactions, and real estate law. His extensive experience includes representing purchasers, sellers, automobile dealers, real estate companies, museums, utility companies, industrial development authorities, banks, and mortgagees.

Conway is regularly involved in development, finance, tax, choice of entity, real estate, environmental, and regulatory matters. He has also represented title insurance companies, as well as owners and lending institutions, in both residential and commercial real estate development.

Known for his seasoned judgment, Conway helps clients navigate regulatory challenges, negotiate business transactions, and address zoning and land use matters with municipalities.
