    Biography

    Megan is Of Counsel in the Corporate and Public Finance Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on public finance, local government, general corporate business and tax-related matters.

    Representative Matters

    • Represent borrowers, issuers, lenders and underwriters in various tax-exempt and taxable bond transactions, with
      an emphasis on governmental and 501(c)(3) financings
    • Represent local governmental bodies on various municipal governance matters
    • Assist in the formation, ongoing operation, merger and sale of various types of business entities
    • Represent tax-exempt organizations, including forming and obtaining federal tax-exempt status, and advising on
      maintaining tax-exempt status and other ongoing operational matters
