Most of Vince Mastracco’s clients consider him more than just a legal advisor. He serves as a business confidant, looking at every transaction from a strategic viewpoint. In addition to his technical and legal skills, he possesses the ability to conduct a complete business evaluation for his clients and make recommendations that will support their business plans.
