Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kelly was a Law Clerk with the Norfolk Circuit Court. Ms. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross in 2011 and her Juris Doctor degree, from William & Mary Law School in 2014.
