This presentation will dive into Response Planning to provide an overview of producing and testing incident management plans, to include: Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity. This section will also highlight the importance of understanding the potential liabilities that come with a breach and what legal guidance a company can benefit from as they prepare for or respond to a breach.

This presentation will assist you in understanding key elements of a strong vendor management program, clarify what action steps you need to take to have sufficient cyber insurance coverage and reduce the risk of being denied in the event of a cyber-breach claim.
